At FFS Beauty, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used razor blades and opened skincare products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the contents are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
